Shipping cost for local Swiss Post orders and/or destinations outside of Switzerland will be calculated individually per order. The shipping cost will depend on the size and destination of the order. The shipping costs are shown on completion of the order and charged to the customer. Shipments to destinations outside Switzerland may be subject to customs and value-added tax in the country of destination. Bones x Botanicals (IRIX Design GmbH) has no influence on these costs. These costs shall be borne by the customer.
Delivery periods
The following delivery periods may apply:
Standard Delivery within Switzerland:
- Swiss Post PostPac Economy (B-Post) Orders: Approx. 4-5 working days from receipt of order
- Swiss Post PostPac Priority (A-Post) Orders: Approx. 1-3 working days from receipt of order
Europe: 7-21 working days from receipt of order
Non-European countries: 10-30 working days from receipt of order
